Product Manager — B2B SaaS
Six years building products in B2B SaaS — from supply chain traceability to financial platforms. I own things end-to-end, from the messy first discovery call to what ships.
Work
Owned platform strategy and roadmap for a supply chain traceability platform used by global enterprise fashion brands. Translated complex back-office compliance workflows — EUDR, CSRD, supplier onboarding — into well-scoped product solutions. Built AI-powered discovery workflows using Claude and ChatGPT, cutting cycles from 2 weeks to 3 days.
Sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and feature delivery for a B2B SaaS platform operating across 10+ countries. Synthesised customer and stakeholder feedback into roadmap updates. Aligned CS, sales, and engineering on priorities through structured communication.
Analysed log data, API patterns, and user behaviour to surface product improvements. Built proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and system logs. Translated complex technical findings into actionable requirements for product leadership.
Contributed to epic definition, user story creation, and backlog refinement for a FinTech SaaS platform serving financial services enterprises. Onboarded and trained users, authored UAT documentation, and gathered feedback that directly shaped product requirements.

Accountability and goal-tracking app. Exploring what it takes to make habits actually stick — streak mechanics, daily check-ins, and a design that doesn't get in the way.
Process
A few things that are consistent across every project I've shipped.
Discovery means being in the user's workflow, not just on a call with them. I want to understand what they actually do, not what they say they do.
Engineers should be able to pick up where I leave off. A working UI removes ambiguity faster than any written spec.
Claude synthesises discovery notes into structured PRDs. MCP connectors push tasks to Jira. Less overhead, more shipping.
The audit trail, the rollback, the state when something goes wrong. Complex B2B workflows break at the seams — so I design the seams first.
